HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Agnes Kopchik, formerly of Hastings-on-Hudson, died Oct. 4 at the Lutheran Care Center. She was 82.
Born in Yonkers April 20, 1933, she was the daughter of Frank and Carmela (Bernaka) Pleva.
Kopchik was predeceased by her husband, Steve Kopchik Jr. in October, 2014. She is survived by sons, Steve Kopchik (Tracey), of Hopewell Junction, Mark Kopchik (Carolyn), of LaGrange, and Ronald Kopchik (Julie), of New Jersey; grandchildren, Katie, Christa, Colleen, and Lauren Kopchik; sister, Clare Janos. of Tarrytown; and an aunt. She was predeceased by her brother, Walter "Bill" Pleva.
Calling hours will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
A funeral Mass will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82,Hopewell Junction.
Donations may go to St. Vincent de Paul Society.
