ARDSLEY, N.Y. - Marie O'Neil of Ardsley died April 5. She was 90.
O’Neil was born and raised in Brooklyn, to Rocco and Mary De Marco. She was a homemaker. She retired to Lakewood, New Jersey with her husband. In her later years, she moved to Ardsley to be with her daughter.
O’Neil is survived by her daughter, Carol (Pat) Acocella; her son, Joseph (Patricia Regini); two grandchildren; brothers, Joseph, Michael, Jack, and Lenny; sisters-in-law; nephews, nieces many cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Fred; her brothers, Tony and Bill; and her sisters, Hilda and Anne.
Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 9 at Edward-Dowdle Funeral Home, 64 Ashford Ave., Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522, and Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 10 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 535 Ashford Ave., Ardsley, NY 10502.
