DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- Patricia M. Sweeting, 80, of Dobbs Ferry, died peacefully Sept. 8, 2015.
Sweeting was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Joseph Sweeting. He died April 29, 2014.
She is survived by her loving sons and their wives; George and Karen, Eric and Kristen, Paul and Valentina, Adam and Erica, Neil and Elizabeth, Mark and Britta. She also is survived by her seven loving grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother Kenneth McGovern.
There will be a funeral service at 2 p.m. Saturday at South Church, 343 Broadway, Dobbs Ferry.
Visiting hours are from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home, 64 Ashford Ave., Dobbs Ferry.
