HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Richard Shemonoski, a lifelong resident of Hastings-on-Hudson, died on Sunday, March 6. He was 74.
Born in New York City, Shemonoski is survived by his wife, Marilyn Shemonoski; children Tracey Fisher, Keith Shemonoski and Kevin Shemonoski; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Helen Shemonoski, and his sister, Dianne Dean.
Visiting hours will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, March 11, at Hastings Funeral Home, 15 Spring St., in Hastings-on-Hudson, with the funeral at 7:30 p.m. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Hastings Volunteer Ambulance Corp., 47 Main St., Hastings-on-Hudson, NY 10706.
