DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. - Robert J. La Salle, J.D., of Dobbs Ferry died Nov. 1. He was 79.
La Salle was born to Elizabeth La Salle and Lorenzo Cucolo, in the Bronx. He received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University in 1957, followed by his law degree from New York Law School in 1960. He worked the majority of his professional life as a casualty unit manager for Allstate insurance company in New Rochelle.
La Salle is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and their children.
Calling hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7 at Edward-Dowdle Funeral Home, 64 Ashford Avenue in Dobbs Ferry. A service will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8 at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 10 West Stevens Ave., Hawthorne.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.
