HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Rose Pryschlak, 86, of Hastings-on-Hudson, died Monday, June 29.
She was born June 28, 1929, in Munich, Germany. She was a longtime resident of Hastings-on-Hudson and an active member of St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church. She was well-respected in her community and known for her beautiful garden.
She was the wife of the late John Pryschlak.
She is survived by her sons Peter Pryschlak (Joan Ann); Stephen Pryschlak (Betty); and Roman "Ray-Ray" Pryschlak; two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
The family will receive friends Sunday, July 5 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Hastings Funeral Home, Inc., 15 Spring St., Hastings-on-Hudson. Panahyda service will commence at 7:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held Monday, July 6 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church, 21 Shonnard Place, Yonkers, New York. Interment to follow Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson.
