DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. - Virginia (Chadik) Mozian of Dobbs Ferry, formerly of Yonkers, died Oct. 5. She was 97.
Mozian retired from Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville. Prior to moving to Dobbs Ferry in 1968, she was a longtime resident of Yonkers.
Mozian is survived by her daughter, Elise Shartsis of Hartsdale; sons, Gerard of Arden, N.C.. and Steven of Madison, Ala.; and a granddaughter. She was predeceased by her husband, Gerard Mozian; and grandson, Steven G. Mozian.
Calling hours are Monday, Oct. 13 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Ardsley.
