DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- A Dobbs Ferry man was arrested after allegedly attacking an Ossining man near the entrance to Dobbs Ferry Village Hall prior to his Nov. 7 court appearance, according to Patch.com.
A Dobbs Ferry man was arrested for allegedly attacking an Ossining man outside Dobbs Ferry Village Hall during recent court proceedings.
