Elmsford Man, 21, Killed In Mount Pleasant Crash

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- An Elmsford man was killed in a one-car accident on Route 9A in Mount Pleasant on Thursday, Jan. 2, according to LoHud.com. 

Jasper S. Horecky, 21, who previously lived in Sleepy Hollow and Croton, was driving a Subaru Outback that struck two utility poles at approximately 1:37 a.m. Authorities have yet to release a cause for the crash, LoHud.com reported. 

Horecky was a student at Westchester Community College and a teacher at the Westchester Skating Academy.
