The woman was trying to enter her vehicle on Villard Avenue just after 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, when the incident occurred, police said.

The assailant ran away, but the woman was able to describe him, and police arrested the boy soon after in the A&P parking lot.

The boy was released to his mother just after 8 o'clock that night.
