Man Who Allegedly Threatened His Former High School Arrested In Greenburgh

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Greenburgh Police arrested a man who allegedly planned on shooting up his former high school in Georgia, officials said.

Bridger Carreau, 21, allegedly posted a video to Facebook holding firearms, dressed in a tactical vest and claiming he would use them at his old school, Lassiter High School in Cobb County, Ga, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution

Students who received the video on Facebook then alerted school officials, who in turn contacted authorities in New York, the AJC reported. 

Police tracked him down at his residence and arrested him at his current residence in Elmsford as a fugitive from another state, authorities said. Police said they took several Air Soft and Pellet rifles into evidence during the arrest.

Carreau was held for arraignment and remanded to county jail, police said.
