Roger Manley, 21, allegedly turned on his volunteer fire sirens on his car and motioned for the victim to pull over. The victim got suspicious when Manely approached the car in a t-shirt, drove off, and called 911, LoHud.com reported.
Manley was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, LoHud.com said.
