The fire began in the early morning at 80 School Street, a 12-story apartment building in southwest Yonkers, fire officials said.
The two men were were hospitalized with smoke inhalation and one firefighter sustained a minor injury, according to News 12.
The fire's cause is unknown at this time and is under investigation.
