Woman Charged In Hartsdale Wallet Theft Says Child Not Involved Crime

GREENBURGH, N.Y. – A Yonkers woman was charged with grand larceny on Oct. 24 after she admitted to police that she stole a wallet at a pizzeria in Hartsdale, but that the child seen in video surveillance was not part of the theft, according to the Greenburgh Police Department.

Jillian LaFontaine, 24, of Hoover Road in Yonkers was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree and given a desk appearance ticket to appear in court on Oct. 31.
