YONKERS, N.Y. -- A 30-year-old Yonkers man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Greenburgh on Saturday, Nov. 30. 

New York State Police reportedly arrested Nabucodonosor Ramirez of Yonkers following a vehicle traffic stop on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the Town of Greenburgh. Ramirez was found to be driving while intoxicated after a breath sample revealed his blood alcohol content to be .23, according to state police. 

Ramirez was arrested and processed without incident, according to the report. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 13.
