The committee endorsed Donna Cassell, Bill Flynn and Jeff O’Donnell for two-year terms as village trustee with three trustee seats up for election in November.

Cassell, an incumbent, is seeking her third term. She is the liaison to the Conservation Advisory Board, Traffic Committee and Wildlife Committee.

Flynn is seeking his third term and is the liaison to the Planning Board, Parks and Recreation Commission, and the Facilities Committee.

O’Donnell, who is seeking his first term, is a member of the village’s Energy Task Force. He was elected to the Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District Board of Education in 2000 and served for four three-year terms until 2013, including serving as president.

David Koenigsberg, a four-term trustee, has decided not to seek re-election. Koenigsberg also served as deputy mayor for two years.

“We have forged a strong ticket from three caring individuals," Randy Klipstein and Joy Haber, the leadership of the Dobbs Ferry Democratic Committee, said in a statement. "Each has a long record of service to the community.”
