There are three Dobbs Ferry Board of Trustee seats, as well as mayor, on the seven member board, being contested this year. The committee did not make endorsements for the three other seats. All board members serve two-year terms. Rossillo is seeking his second term. He serves as liaison to the Ambulance Corps, Housing Board of Appeals, Tree Commission, Youth Services Council, and the Zoning Board of Appeals. During his first term, he became a leading advocate on the Board for the residents with concerns regarding the Rivertowns Square development project. "I'm honored to receive the support and endorsement of the Dobbs Ferry Democratic Party," Rossillo said. "The past two years have gone by very quickly. I look forward to continuing to represent the residents of Dobbs Ferry for another two years." Randy Klipstein and Joy Haber, the leadership of the Dobbs Ferry Democratic Committee, said in a statement, “We are proud to have the names Vincent Rossillo and Steven Grant on our line on the November ballot. These are fine public servants and even better individuals.”
