WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty named three new office managers: Anthony Berardi in New Rochelle/Larchmont, Jamie Branigan in Nyack, and Lori Ragette in Dobbs Ferry.
"We're thrilled to have Anthony, Jamie, and Lori as part of our growing management team," said Matthew Rand, managing partner of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. "They bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table, and we're excited about them leveraging their substantial leadership skills to grow their offices and develop great agents." Berardi has more than 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, as well as experience in being a previous manager of Paddington Stone Realty in Westchester. “I am thrilled to take on the role as manager for our New Rochelle location,” said Berardi. “I have an amazing group of locally rooted agents that have welcomed me warmly. I am very proud to be part of the BHG Rand Realty family and grateful to the Rands for giving me the opportunity to take an already fantastic office and make it even better.” Ragette is very familiar with the Rivertowns. She has 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, and also has held a few prominent positions as a Realtor, including director of the New York State Association of Realtors. “I’m so excited, and I look forward to working closely with the professional sales associates in the Dobbs Ferry office to help them achieve their goals,” Ragette said.
Branigan comes to Rand Realty from working with Weichert in three counties over five years. “I am delighted to have the opportunity to be a manager for BHG Rand Realty, and to be a part of the Nyack office,” said Branigan. “The town itself has so much history, culture, and opportunity. It is such a dynamic atmosphere, and I'd like to use that energy to make the office even more successful. The Rands have such a great reputation, and I was honored that they asked me to join their leadership team. The tools and resources are cutting edge, and the energy and support is amazing.”
