“I’m very thankful to have been given the opportunity to lead an office for Rand Realty,” said Comito. “The agents in Closter are very committed to their profession, and I can’t wait to collaborate with them as we work our hardest to bring a quality real-estate experience to our clients.”

Comito joins the company with a strong knowledge of the Rockland and Bergen County real estate markets and, as an accomplished attorney, exhibits substantial skills in negotiation, which she holds in great value when working with her clients.  Before coming to Rand Realty, she and her network, “The Comito Team,” assisted their clients in numerous areas of real estate, including finding the perfect lifestyle, discussing the options of buying a resale or building new construction, and providing guidance in relocation and downsizing.

Comito is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Eastern Board Association of Realtors, the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, the New York Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service.

“This is an excellent step forward for our Closter office,” said June Stokes, New Jersey regional manager of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. “With Lisa’s etiquette and expertise, we look forward to the many successes she will bring to our company.”

“We are very fortunate to have an individual as talented as Lisa piloting our Closter office,” said Matthew Rand, managing partner of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. “Her experience and background in the industry will help her team reach their highest potential.”
