The budget of $61,085,529 is an increase of more than $3 million over the 2012-13 budget of $57,995,471. That is a 5.33 percent increase. Taxpayers will see an increase of 4.80 percent.
The average tax increase would be $654 on a property valued at $654,000 and assessed at $18,312.
