Dobbs Ferry Student Featured Speaker At County Anti-Bullying Forum

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- Dobbs Ferry High School student and STOMP Out Bullying Teen Ambassador Elena Brown will be one of the guest speakers at the Westchester County Board Of Legislators’ Committee on Community Services meeting on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.

Brown has been crusading against bullying for more than two years. Her efforts landed her an invitation to participate in panel discussion at the Congressional Black Caucus Annual Legislative Conference in Washington D.C. in September. 

Other guests at the Committee on Commuity Services meeting will include Ross Ellis, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stomp Out Bullying, and Casey Odesser, Actor with The Arts Effect All-Girl Theater Company.

The meeting will be held at 148 Martine Ave., eighth floor in White Plains.
