A lawsuit by Shelly Packer, who was a middle and high school health and special education teacher, says she was forced into retirement in 2012 after harassment and humiliation by Ross, who was the principal at Woodlands High School, according to the LoHud report.

Ross came under fire in May from Greenburgh faculty and staff for racial, religious and sexual harassment.

Packer is seeking lost earnings, fringe benefits and pension money since being forced to retire, according to the suit. The district did not comment. Ross is on paid administrative leave pending a school investigation.
