Four Hastings High School Students Inducted Into National Honor Society

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Four students at Hastings High School were inducted into the National Honor Society on Wednesday during the fall ceremony.

Hasting High students Julia Dayan, Sharon Goiz, Teja LoBregli and Grant Hevia, became members of the National Honor Society on Wednesday.

The inductees are Julia Dayan, Sharon Goiz, Grant Hevia and Teja LoBreglio.

Selection for the Honor Society is based on four criteria: scholarship, leadership, service and character. 

To be inducted, students are required to perform some sort of service to the community, school or other organization, as well as have a good scholastic standing, personal character, and show leadership in an organization, club, or sport.
