The $4.6 million project is composed of two categories of need: selected infrastructure improvement at all of our schools (most of which will generate energy savings and lower operating costs) and field and track renovations including: remediation of East Field, including a new grass surface, drainage and irrigation; replacement of Meszaros field with an organic-infilled, artificial turf product and replacement of the Oley track.

"Our next job is to assist our residents to be fully informed about every facet of the plan," said Superintendent Kris Harrison. "We will make every effort to ensure that on Tuesday, Oct. 7, voters will know the facts of our challenges, what we have recommended, and the impact this project is intended to have on our schools."

The district plans to provide multiple opportunities for the community to learn more about the bond project through public forums and the distribution of print resources.
