The Masters School,  49 Clinton Ave., is hosting a free event called "Fun With Science."

The program is billed as a chance for kids in fifth through seventh grades to "unleash their inner mad scientist." Middle School science teachers will help children explore science by conducting exciting lab experiments.

The program begins at 1 p.m.
