Rivertowns Schools Will Delay Openings Friday

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Hastings Union Free, Dobbs Ferry and Ardsley school districts will delay the opening of schools for two hours Friday because of the winter storm.

The districts made the announcements Thursday night.
