TD Bank Provides $32M Bond Dobbs Ferry's Masters School Construction

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- TD Bank announced it will provide a $32 million direct bond to The Masters School in Dobbs Ferry to finance a 75,000-square-foot environmentally friendly community athletic and arts center on campus.

Plans for new facilities include a café, fencing facilities, a competition swimming pool, squash courts, fitness center, raised running track, basketball court and volleyball courts. Arts components in the center include two dance studios, an art gallery, music rehearsal and performance space, a video and photography lab and a black box theater.

The building will target a LEED Gold certification level, and incorporate green features such as solar panels and an energy-efficient heating and cooling system.

The Masters School is a college preparatory school for day students in fifth through 12th grades, as well as a boarding school for high school students.
