Ardsley's Griffenberg Excels For Ithaca Football

ARDSLEY, N.Y. – Skylar Griffenberg received his first start of the season Saturday for the Ithaca College football team and the Ardsley graduate made his presence known.

The junior and free safety registered seven tackles in Ithaca’s 21-17 loss to St. John Fisher.

Griffenberg, who was second on the team in tackles, finished with four solo stops and assisted on three others.  He currently is eighth on the team in tackles with 25, including a sack and a fumble recovery.
