The fourth-seeded boys host rival Woodlands High School (fifth seed) at 5 p.m., having advanced Friday with a 67-56 first-round victory over No. 13 Pleasantville.

The fifth-seeded Dobbs Ferry girls defeated No. 12 Croton, 53-27, to reach their quarterfinal game at No. 4 seed Pleasantville at 4:30 p.m.

Eric Paschall, a 6-foot-6 junior and Division I prospect, had 20 points and 15 rebounds in the victory over Pleasantville and will be the key to any success the Eagles have the rest of the way in the postseason. Nick Kost, who scored 18 points, Josh Smith, Dan Riefenhauser and George Roca fill out a strong starting five.

The girls are led by Alyssa Chipello, Molly Altholz and playmaker Kristin Foresti, who handed out 10 assists in the win over Croton. Pleasantville is slightly favored and led by AnnMarie DiCarlo, Anne Stockel and Zaria Cobbs.

Paschall and the boys should handle Woodlands and advance to the Section 1 Final Four at the County Center with a chance at the Class B title. The girls are playing well and poised for an upset win despite playing on the road.
