HARTSDALE, N.Y. Lea Distelhurst scored a team-high 15 points to lead the Hastings girls basketball team to a 40-38 victory over Westlake in the consolation game of the Edgemont Basketball Tournament.
Distelhurst made two game-winning free throws with 30 seconds remaining in the game and also contributed five rebounds, five steals and five assists.
Yellow Jackets center Kelsey Barry had scored nine points, grabbed nine rebounds and nine blocked five shots.
Edgemont defeated Valhalla 45-43 in overtime to win its own tournament.
