HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Are you ready for some youth football?
Youngsters entering third through sixth grades in September may now register for the Hastings Youth Football season, which plays in the Scarsdale Recreation League beginning with practices in August. Early registration is open until July 29 at a cost of $175 for the first player in a family and $150 for siblings.
Those who register after July 29 will pay $200 for the first player in a family and $175 for siblings.
Summer practices begin August 15 and the season runs through November 20.
Online registration is available by visiting the registration website at www.hastingsgov.org/subscriber. In-person registration is at the James Harmon Community Center, located on Main Street. Payment should be by check, money order or credit card (with convenience fee). No cash will be accepted and there are no refunds given.
