Irvington's Werney, Mercy's Levine Make Big Impact With Lacrosse Program

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- Irvington High School varsity boys coach Drew Werney and Mercy College coach Jordan Levine have teamed up to help the High Impact Lacrosse program grow in its five years as a program, according to LaxLessons.com.

Two other full-time teachers who are head coaches at varsity programs on the rise in Southern Westchester are also on the High Impact staff: Mike Solazzo of Pelham High School and Brian Violante of New Rochelle High School, said LaxLessons.

High Impact will be holding team tryouts on Sunday, Sept. 7.
