WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Only four teams remain in the Section 1 Class B boys' basketball playoffs as the semifinals take place Wednesday at the Westchester County Center.

Fourth-seeded Dobbs Ferry will take on No. 9 North Salem in the first semifinal game at 3 p.m. The Eagles, led by Eric Paschall, beat No. 5 Woodlands, 74-58, in the quarterfinals. North Salem, meanwhile, upset top-seeded Briarcliff, 53-44, thanks to a prodigious 21-point, 21-rebound performance from Umar Singh.

Second-seeded Putnam Valley will face No. 3 Our Lady of Lourdes in the other semifinal game at 4:45 p.m. Putnam Valley defeated No. 10 Edgemont, 56-39, in the quarterfinals, while Lourdes defeated Blind Brook, 61-47.

The winners of the semifinal games will play for the section championship at 5 p.m. March 2.
