WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY. -- Four Westchester high schools rank among the best for sports in New York: Rye, Bronxville, Hastings and Yorktown.

The rankings are from Niche, which offers rankings and statistics on every neighborhood and city in the U.S. to help people find the best places to live, visit and raise a family.

There are 253 public schools in New York with a total of 150,963 students. There are a total of 66 high schools in Westchester.
