DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- Frank John LoPinto, a longtime resident of Dobbs Ferry, died March 5 at the age of 89. 

A member of the Dobbs Ferry Seniors, LoPinto was a fixture at Dobbs Ferry village events with his musical group, "Italian Strings."
