FEINER: "Hal: We will pursue the litigation if those responsible for the library construction do not make good and reimburse us for the costs of the repairs and changes we have made and will make."
Hey Paul! Maybe the citizens of G'burgh should sue YOU.

Correction:
Newtown, tragedy, not necessarily pro gun control, just doesn't want gun shows on government property or the selling or Nazi memorabilia but is sorta kinda ok with it all just needs to say something about it to be seen and heard. Feiner, Feiner, Feiner.

I'm with you westchestergal. Feiner has no shame. None at all. He has used this tragic horrible event and social media to promote himself and has gone so far to piggyback on a well intended vigil and STRETCH it into conversation about a gun show to be held at the County Center all outraged by this event blah, blah, blah. psssshhh. 2 days ago this show wasn't even on his radar. He has no shame at all. He's been a very busy man since the shooting as is evident by his numerous FB posts, his blog and calls to the press. There are no words. He knows no boundaries.

Hmmmmmmm....I wonder is the proposed 2013 budget contains hanky panky such as the WATER District's BUDGET did last year whereby 2 lucky people each got a 15K raise all whilst another person was FIRED. I don't want to JUMP to any conclusions but...... View Comment
The citizens of Greenburgh have been rendered into a stupor and complacency by Feiner's unrelenting proof by assertion. One has to simply google the key words "Paul Feiner", "Good news", "Will generate significant" "will save the taxpayers, and my 2 favorite and most offensive Feinerisms; "I think" and "I believe" to see it all in action. The only time he says " the citizens/people/constitutions think or believe" is prefaced with " I spoke to so and so people and they.....believe/think/it's good news/good for the town......" I have never heard him say or have seen him quoted as saying " The PEOPLE THINK IT'S A BAD IDEA" Google if you dare. It's rather fascinating. We've had so much GOOD NEWS you would think Greenburgh is the most fortunate place on Earth to live. Contemplate this when you pay your next water bill, tax bill or have another valuable service disappear. View Comment
FOOLS. I spoke to so many people yesterday that were so misinformed in the issue and they had no idea even to turn the ballot over to vote it. When i turned my ballot over i expected to see a video with wheelchair bound children crying holding blind puppies while Sarah McLachlans Arms of The Angel played in the background. Thats how mislead the public was on this issue. Fools and its gunna cost ya big bucks!! Its so nice to know TOV gburgh is so flush with cash. View Comment
Thank you Cari. Typical Paul. Sat around doing NOTHING but wait for this photo op. here we have it. Residents have been freezing asking where they might get this or that and the town has no answers. "Have you tried home depot" Are you kidding Paul? We hear " call FEMA " Call Con ed ( paul posted the wrong#) "we are having halloween indoors, come get warm charge phone at library, free camp, the TDYCC I
Is open for showers and warming...... Paul " I THINK it would br a good idea if (fill in the blank). This is an putrage. There has been NO town presence anywhere!! No police at central where there are no traffic lights, no public works or highway dept helping to clear debris no information of any real use ir assistance. Paul in a photo with another ANGEL program to take credit for. Yes he looks clean warm and fed. I had to flee with the little gas i had before marshall law breaks out in Greenburgh due to the lack of Town officials mobilizing to REALLY help people. Im sure ill be robbed before i get power and get back to Greenburgh. Feiner; you are a turd!! I kniw you are fielding hundreds if emails. You are if no help to thise seeking it and you only wait for someone like this goid person Here to step up so that you can get your smug face in the press. You have no shame. View Comment
What a bunch of BS. A vote will not matter. Feiner has already signed the lease and ditto everything Hal said. Sell the property for 3 mil and collect tax. We are not landlords nor should we make a financial investment in private business but this will not occur as Paulie Boy will surely get HIS way. I wonder who the "friend" is here? Robb Gould (partner at Game On) or some other. Another lawsuit on the horizon, folks. View Comment

Please do tell why you were right about how you handled FB and how 2 courts, 2 judges, 2 rulings were so very, very wrong. Explain to Lesbelges, Esq.The wording used in the findings is so shameful it's hard to believe that you would still try to defend yourself. This alone speaks volumes as to why you should be removed from office. Call me! I'll tell ya, I really, really had the locals in mind I DID IT FOR THE TAXPAYERS! TOO MUCH TRAFFIC! It's disturbing. I'm convinced your brain has short-circuited. It's just CRAZY.
Adding to the lunacy we now find you advocating for Game-On, proposed location 2,500 feet from the Fortress Bible site, and having not one little concern for the locals and traffic issues caused by the thousands of visitors Game On will receive each year. Hmmmmm..... No reason to publish your #'s as we got your number decades ago. View Comment
Paul Feiner's calendar- 2012 -Transit Discount ID Card media blitz.
Tappan Zee-CHECK-"This will be a tremendous burden for lower income residents of both counties, for seniors and young people," Feiner said. "The state would set the income guidelines to qualify. The Tappan Zee Bridge's projected toll hikes make the bridge unaffordable for many."
A possible suggestion, in addition to lobbying for mass transit or bus service, he said, is a new discount card for commuters who are on fixed incomes. A photo ID card could be issued to those who qualify. They would show the card to toll collectors and pay the reduced fares, he said.
MTA- CHECK "I would like to suggest that the MTA, Thruway Authority, Port Authority offer people who are out of work or on a fixed income (they would set the criteria) a special photo ID card that would provide them with discounts. Public transportation should be affordable --and is essential to those on limited incomes.
The discount fare cards for those out of work/limited incomes would require renewals on a monthly basis and proof of income.
