DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. — David DiBari, chef and owner of restaurants The Cookery and The Parlour, is cooking at the James Beard House in Manhattan on Monday.
The event is a fundraiser for the nonprofit James Beard Foundation.
The meal’s theme is “Road Trip Montreal” and includes gourmet versions of poutine, cider and maple cake. For the full menu, see the JBF website .
Tickets for members of the James Beard House are $130; for nonmembers, the tickets are $170.
Dinner opens at 7 p.m.
