Yonkers Man Kicks In Hastings Jail Cell Door Frame

HASTINGS-On-HUDSON, N.Y. -- A Yonkers man was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree after was accused of kicking in the door frame of the Hastings-On-Hudson jail cell he was being held in, according to Patch.com

Wayne Woods, 48, was being held on charges of second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct after allegedly punching a man in the face. Woods then reportedly covered the security camera and the window with toilet paper and began kicking in the cell's door frame, according to Patch.com. 

Woods refused to cooperate when authorities attempted to arraign him on the new charge. Officials believe he was under the influence of alcohol, Patch.com said.
