DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – Robert M. Scaperrotta, of Dobbs Ferry, died on Sunday, April 17. He was 80.
Scaperrotta was born in Dobbs Ferry to Crescienzo and Marianna Scaperrotta.
He owned Casandra Hair Salon on Ashford Avenue.
After his retirement, Scaperotta volunteered at Dobbs Ferry Hospital and was a Eucharistic minister at Our Lady of Pompeii Church.
He is survived by a brother, John and his wife, Nan, and two sisters-in-law; Frances and Marie.
Visiting hours are today (Tuesday) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Pompeii Church.
