Hector I. Burgos, 32, was arrested following the investigation which included several undercover buys in which Burgos sold heroin and Adderall for cash, officials with the task force said.
He was arrested on Wednesday, March 8 in Dobbs Ferry and charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, said the task force.
Burgos was also arrested in Hastings on Wednesday, March 15 and charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, the task force said.
In addition, he has been charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in Tarrytown, but has not been arrested on that charge, task force members said.
The investigation spanned several months and several jurisdictions and is ongoing, task force members said.
Burgos is currently being held at the Westchester County Jail on $25,000 for each arrest. His next court appearance is scheduled for March 29.
