Dolce Huertas, 60, of Philadelphia, is charged with interference with flight crew members and attendants, simple assault, and indecent exposure, prosecutors said in a release.

During a flight from Orlando on Nov. 20, authorities said Huertas was served two alcoholic drinks. She rose from her seat to use the bathroom during the plane's descent into PHI and began "yelling and cursing" when instructed to sit down, investigators said in the criminal complaint.

After the plane landed and was taxiing to the gate, Huertas cursed at other passengers, authorities said.

At the gate, she "resumed her aggressive behavior and pushed passengers out of the way as she moved to the front of the plane," according to the complaint.

When a flight attendant stopped her from using a restroom, Huertas allegedly pulled her pants down and "squatted as if to urinate in the aisle." She pulled her pants back up and continued to curse at passengers, authorities said.

Prosecutors believe she also used her "belly" to "bump" a flight attendant out of her way.

If convicted, she faces 21 years and three months in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $355,000 fine, according to the US Attorney's Office.
