DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. Mercy College rallied to score the final six goals in a 16-12 win over visiting Kutztown University in a women's college lacrosse game Tuesday.
Kutztown scored its final goal with 15:40 remaining to take a 12-10 lead. Kelsey Sullivan and Alyssa Handel evened the score at 12-12 on goals 90 seconds apart. Marissa Hurley gave Mercy the lead for good with a goal with 9:16 remaining.
Sullivan and Handel each finished with a hat trick. Sullivan also had five draw controls and six ground balls. Marissa Kluber, Julie Darnulc and Hurley each had two goals.
