The incident occurred in Middlesex County around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, in the area of Pearl Street and Court Street in Middletown. Nesconset Man Accused Of Masturbating In Front Of Mother, 6-Year-Old Daughter A Long Island man has been charged with public lewdness for allegedly masturbating in his car in front of a mother and her young daughter.
