Police are asking for help in locating an 18-year-old Hudson Valley man who was reported missing. Orange County resident Tyler Rivera was last seen at around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, in the village of Washingtonville on Emerson Drive. Rivera is considered a vulnerable adult with autism and may be in need of medical attention, according to the Washingtonville Village Police Department. A Hudson Valley man faces years in prison after pleading guilty to sexually abusing two children over two years. Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh II announced Thursday, April 25, that Alejandro Perez, 34, of Haverstraw, pleaded guilty to course of sexual conduct against a child and sexual abuse.
