New details have been released about the drowning of a 3-year-old boy who wandered into a neighbor's pool around noon on Sunday, the Lancaster County Coroner's Office explained to Daily Voice on Wednesday, May 8. Suspect Shot During Early Morning Break-In At Montco Jewelry Store: Officials
One suspect was shot in the arm and several more are sought by police after a burglary in Horsham Township early Wednesday morning, May 7, authorities say. The theft happened around 5 a.m. at the Jems Jewels and Gold store in the Shoppes at English Village, 1460 Bethlehem Pike, officials said in a release. A special education teacher in Philadelphia was killed in what police described as an apparent murder-suicide. Woman Hospitalized After Shooting In Bristol, Authorities Say
A 33-year-old woman was taken to the hospital for treatment after shots rang out in Bristol Township on Tuesday night, May 7, police said in a release. Authorities received an anonymous call about gunfire near Norton Avenue and Ellwood Avenue around 10:45 p.m., township police said. They arrived and "provided immediate care" until an ambulance took the woman to St. Mary's Medical Center, authorities said. Three people are hurt after a hit-and-run crash in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood on Monday night, May 6, city police told Daily Voice.
